Service Cancellation Policy

Chroxxenshel provides seasonal yard maintenance services. As these are service-based offerings rather than physical products, our return policy is designed to address service cancellations and refunds appropriately.

Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your service agreement with Chroxxenshel under the following conditions:

You may cancel ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice
Cancellation requests should be submitted via email or phone to our contact information
One-time services may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service date

Refund Policy

Monthly Service Packages

For monthly recurring services:

Services already performed are non-refundable
Refunds for unused portions of prepaid monthly services will be prorated based on remaining service period
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval

One-Time Services

For one-time yard maintenance services:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before service date: Full refund
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service date: 50% refund
Services already completed: No refund, but we will address any concerns about service quality

Service Quality Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided:

Please contact us within 7 days of the service completion
We will work with you to address any concerns and may offer service corrections or adjustments
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for service quality issues

Weather-Related Cancellations

Services may be cancelled or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions. In such cases:

No cancellation fees apply
Services will be rescheduled at the earliest available opportunity
Full refunds are available if rescheduling is not possible

Refund Processing

Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Chroxxenshel reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
